    Returns
    We stand behind our products 100%. In the event you receive a substandard product or have concerns about the quality in any way, please reach out to us directly at 905-854-6781 or 1-888-478-4011 or via email at customerservice@crumps.ca. We will arrange for new product to be sent out to you and if required, we send a shipping label for the defective product to be returned to us. We will refund your credit card for defective or unopened product within 3-5 business days of your reaching out to us. Please understand that any refunds may take a bit longer to appear on your statement.
    Shipping Policy
    All orders are shipped within 72 hours of being placed Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm EST. We use Canada Post to deliver our orders. Your order tracking number will appear in your account history and can be used to track your package. Expected delivery should be within 7-14 days. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be (if applicable), and you will have a chance to not finalize your order if you decide not to.

    Back Orders
    If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping for the second shipment. You will be contacted if this occurs.

    The new product is way less liked by my cats

    My cats are really capricious and the only treats they were eating were the ones from Caledon’s Farm, Simply Salmon, and even chicken and beef. I could train then and I was quite happy with the product.

    Until I could not find it anywhere, I used to get supply from Wal-Mart... but they were out of stock for a few months, but I was quitte happy to know I could order online from the farm.

    I bought 50$ worth of treats... only to find out the product changed, the recipe changed and my cats no longer wants to eat them.

    So I have 6 bags of worthless treats at my place that my two cats won’t eat.

    Don’t buy in bulk before you know your cats will at least eat them.

    What's with all the ingredients??

    We bought these treats because it was just chicken and vitamin E. Or choice chuck and vitamin E. But now there is tons of new things added to these treats. Even our cat doesn't devour it like he used to. Guess we will switch brands to 1 or 2 ingredient treats. Too bad I love to buy Canadian.
