Payment, Shipping and Returns
At this time, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards for payment of orders via Caledonfarms.ca. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.
We stand behind our products 100%. In the event you receive a substandard product or have concerns about the quality in any way, please reach out to us directly at 905-854-6781 or 1-888-478-4011 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange for new product to be sent out to you and if required, we send a shipping label for the defective product to be returned to us. We will refund your credit card for defective or unopened product within 3-5 business days of your reaching out to us. Please understand that any refunds may take a bit longer to appear on your statement.
All orders are shipped within 72 hours of being placed Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm EST. We use Canada Post to deliver our orders. Your order tracking number will appear in your account history and can be used to track your package. Expected delivery should be within 7-14 days. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be (if applicable), and you will have a chance to not finalize your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping for the second shipment. You will be contacted if this occurs.
