Returns
We stand behind our products 100%. In the event you receive a substandard product or have concerns about the quality in any way, please reach out to us directly at 905-854-6781 or 1-888-478-4011 or via email at customerservice@crumps.ca. We will arrange for new product to be sent out to you and if required, we send a shipping label for the defective product to be returned to us. We will refund your credit card for defective or unopened product within 3-5 business days of your reaching out to us. Please understand that any refunds may take a bit longer to appear on your statement.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 72 hours of being placed Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm EST. We use Canada Post to deliver our orders. Your order tracking number will appear in your account history and can be used to track your package. Expected delivery should be within 7-14 days. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be (if applicable), and you will have a chance to not finalize your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping for the second shipment. You will be contacted if this occurs.

Best Treat at a great price

I have read a lot of labels on dog treats and compared the price per treat as well. Freeze-dried and dehydrated treats tend to make my dog choke because they are so dry, but not the Beef or Chicken Jerky Treats from Caledon. Both the Havanese and the GSD love them. I am so happy that they are made in Canada - I support Canadian producers whenever I can. Caledon produces an excellent product at a reasonable price.
