The Australian Shepherd will steal your shoes and your heart. They can easily outsmart their owners with intelligence, drive and focus for days. Best known as a “rodeo dog”, they were originally bred to herd cattle so they like having a job to do, even if it’s just getting the squeaker out of a toy.
